In the last month or so we have been busy installing several of our bridge mount dry fire hydrants in Harford County, Maryland. The installation featured in this story is from the Fallston area of the County and is located on a County-owned bridge on Charles Street. The stream provided plenty of clean water and is known as a reliable year-round water source. The lift was a bit high (over 15 ft) but the system worked just fine. Due to the type of bridge rail system, we had to use our saddle-mount bracket design.
