On October 11th and 12th the folks from Modena Fire Department (northern Chester County) hosted our 16-hr Rural Water Supply Operations Seminar. Class was held in the conference center and grounds of the recently closed Brandywine Hospital which provided an excellent learning environment - our thanks to the folks at Regal Builders for being so accommodating. On Sunday, class participants put it all together in a 2 hour drill, and were successful in supplying 500 gpm to a rural hitch, and then raised the flow to an average of 925 gpm via the use of dump tanks over the last hour. Thanks to everyone who came out for the class including Honeybrook (E33-5), Goodwill (T52), Wagontown (E & T35), Keystone Valley (T8), & Modena (T & SQ37).
