On October 4th and 5th, the folks at Winburne (PA) FD hosted a rural water supply seminar culminating in a two hour drill to put all the pieces together. Units from Winburne and surrounding departments supplied an average of 500 gpm over a 4 mile round trip first through a “rural hitch”, and then through the use of dump tanks.
