Earlier this week we were able to finish up the installation of our bridge mount dry fire hydrant in Tuftonboro, New Hampshire. The project had been in the works for about a year but installation was delayed due to the pandemic. The bridge is owned by the Town of Tuftonboro and the project was funded by the Tuftonboro Fire Rescue Department. Installation took about a day and the flow test proved quite impressive at 1306 gpm! The key to success on this installation was the lift and the big pumper.

The suction head and strainer were ETT and system used our angle mount brackets. The local fire department already has about 20 or so dry hydrant sites and this one adds another to the cadre.
