We had to travel 17 hours to northern Alberta, Canada to find yet another use for plastic wrap. During our Rural Water Supply Operations Seminar in Peace River, Alberta - we came across a roll of plastic wrap carried on some of the pumpers. We thought it may have been used to wrap their feet during the -30C weather - or to wrap up leftovers from the canteen after a big fire.

However, during one of the practical sessions - we learned that the plastic wrap can be used to seal air leaks at suction hose couplings while drafting - and it worked really well. So...we thought that we would shre the idea with others.
